Templum Fidelis - Ceremony of Installation & Investiture
The Brethren are respectfully invited to attend the Ceremony of Installation and Investiture of Officers, a solemn and dignified occasion marking the transition of leadership within the Lodge.
This year’s ceremony holds particular historical significance. For the first time in the history of Templum Fidelis, the Worshipful Master to be installed was initiated, passed, and raised within this Lodge. Bro. Chris Mackey’s investiture stands as a testament to the Lodge’s enduring legacy, the strength of its mentorship, and his dedication to the Craft.
Brethren are encouraged to attend in proper formal attire and join in honoring the officers who will be entrusted with the governance and stewardship of the Lodge for the coming year.
The ceremony will be followed by our traditional Agape

Winter Solstice & Official Visit of the District Deputy Grand Master
As the sun reaches its lowest point in the heavens and the longest night yields to the gradual return of light, Templum Fidelis Lodge will gather in solemn observance of the Winter Solstice. This season calls us to reflection, balance, and renewal — themes that resonate deeply with the labours of the Craft and with our shared pursuit of Masonic light.
This meeting of Templum Fidelis will feature several notable moments:
We are honoured to receive the Official Visit of R.W. Bro. Stephen R. Ramey, District Deputy Grand Master, who will share his reflections at our Agape following the meeting.
Bro. Keller Guimaraes, will present a paper in Lodge, offering his personal insights and experiences as an Entered Apprentice Mason.
The Lodge will also hold the Election of Officers, preparing the way for our Installation and Investiture in January.
As always, the proceedings of Templum Fidelis will be conducted with reverence, solemnity, and fidelity to the highest traditions of the Craft, followed by our Festive Board where further light and fellowship shall be shared.

Regular Meeting - Fall Equinox
As the light and darkness stand in perfect balance, we gather in Lodge to mark the Fall Equinox, a sacred turning point in the cycle of the year. In harmony with nature’s rhythm, this observance invites us to reflect upon balance, gratitude, and the fruits of our labor.
The equinox has long symbolized the harvest season, when the rewards of diligence and patience are gathered in. Just as the fields yield their bounty, so too do our labors in Lodge and in life come to fruition. It is a time to give thanks for abundance, to recognize the importance of unity, and to prepare for the inward journey that the coming darker months will bring.
In keeping with the spirit of an Observant Lodge, the evening will be marked with solemn ritual, contemplative reflection, and meaningful fellowship. We will pause to honor both the gifts of the season and the enduring light of Masonry that guides us through all cycles of time.
All Brethren are warmly invited to join in this gathering of balance, gratitude, and renewal.

Regular Meeting in Celebration of the Summer Solstice
You are cordially invited to attend our Regular Meeting commemorating the Summer Solstice, a moment of celestial significance when light is at its peak and nature flourishes in full strength. As Masons, we reflect on the symbolism of light, growth, and the pursuit of wisdom—principles that align beautifully with the spirit of this seasonal turning point.
At this gathering, we will also extend our warmest congratulations to Brother Chris Bird, who was recently Raised to the Sublime Degree of a Master Mason at an Emergent Meeting. This profound milestone in his Masonic journey marks the culmination of his initiation and exemplifies his commitment to our Craft.
Lodge will tyle at 4:00pm, please plan to arrive early in order to receive guidance from Bro. Director of Ceremonies.

As the days and nights stand in perfect balance, we gather in the spirit of renewal and enlightenment to mark the Spring Equinox, a time of equilibrium and new beginnings. In accordance with Masonic tradition, this sacred occasion represents the triumph of light over darkness, knowledge over ignorance, and the perpetual cycle of growth and rebirth.
Our Lodge welcomes all Brethren to partake in this momentous gathering, where we shall witness the Initiation Ceremony of a New Mason—a symbolic journey from darkness into light, reflecting the transformative power of truth and wisdom.

Ceremony of Installation and Investiture of Officers.
Templum Fidelis Lodge invites you to attend the Annual Ceremony of Installation and Investiture of Officers, a time-honored tradition that marks the formal transition of leadership within the Lodge. This solemn event brings together Freemasons to witness the installation of newly elected officers and the investiture of appointed officers for the ensuing Masonic year.
This ceremony underscores the values of brotherhood, charity, and self-improvement. It is an opportunity for both members and visiting Masons to experience the rich symbolism and historical traditions of Freemasonry. Newly elected officers will take their sacred obligations and receive their regalia, symbolizing their responsibilities and duties to the Lodge.
Our outgoing Worshipful Master, R.W. Bro. Jeffrey Gatcke will speak in lodge and give his thoughts as he departs the Chair of Solomon.
This important event in the Masonic calendar will be followed by a festive gathering to celebrate the continuity of leadership, fellowship, and the shared commitment to the Masonic principles.

Winter Solstice - Official Visit of the District Deputy Grand Master
The Winter Solstice marks the longest night and the turning point of the year, where darkness begins to give way to light—a powerful metaphor deeply rooted in our Masonic journey. Just as the sun begins its ascent, so too do we strive toward personal enlightenment, renewal, and growth. This meeting will be an opportunity to reflect on the teachings of Freemasonry, to renew our commitment to the Craft, and to rekindle the inner light that guides us through our daily lives.
As is our custom at this meeting, we welcome The District Deputy Grand Master of Frontenac District, R.W. Bro. Dale Lafrenniere on his Official Visit to Templum Fidelis Lodge. We will welcome him in lodge in accordance with tradition.
Speaking in lodge will be Bro. Chris Bird who will be presenting a paper based on his experience as a fellowcraft.
We will also be conducting Bro. Ryan Dinsmore through his being passed to the fellowcraft degree.

Spring is upon us. As the gentle warmth of spring begins to awaken the world from its winter slumber, we gather once again in the sacred halls of our Masonic Lodge to celebrate the dawning of a new season and the profound symbolism it holds for us.
The equinox, with its perfect balance of day and night, serves as a powerful reminder of the importance of harmony and equilibrium in our lives. It beckons us to seek balance in our thoughts, actions, and relationships, and to align ourselves with the divine order of the universe.

Regular Meeting - Autumnal Equinox
We hope that you have all have a refreshing and fulfilling summer. We are back to work in the quarries this fall and celebrating the first visit of our own R. W. Bro. David Wright on his first fraternal visit to Templum Fidelis.
Brother Chris Bird will present a paper in lodge with his thoughts and experiences as an Entered Apprentice Mason.
We consider our Agape experience an integral part of the Templum Fidelis Experience and we take great pride in providing further fellowship, a fine meal, and further education. This month, we will hear from Mr. Sean M.H. Brazeau from the Royal Heraldry Society of Canada. He will be presenting us with an introduction and overview of Heraldry, its history and opportunities to engage with it in Canada.

As is our custom at Templum Fidelis Lodge, we meet to mark the summer solstice. We honour the light of the longest day of the year and the light within us all.
We are lucky enough this day to welcome another to the light of freemasonry. Please join us in celebration of initiation.
Immediately following, please join us in the Prince Arthur Banquet hall for our agape. We will hear music from cellist, Mr. Jeff Hamacher. He will also add some insights and correlations from music to masonry.
Regular Meeting - Spring Equinox
Our lodge meets on or close to the solstices and equinoxes in March, June, September and December with one extra meeting for our annual leadership changeover in January with our installation and investiture. These dates are fixed and occur year after year; they bring with them feelings of birth, re-commitment, of hope and even a reminder of death.
Brethren, over the past few years we have certainly each experienced our own versions of darkness for a variety of reasons. However out of darkness we are taught comes light. Our March meeting will shine a new light within our lodge. We look forward to the initiation of a new brother into our craft, a positive sign of growth and brighter days to come for our beloved lodge.

Fall Equinox - Maple Leaf Speaker Series featuring W. Bro. Ryan Flynn
Ryan J. Flynn is a past master of Ancient York Lodge No. 89 in Nashua, NH An artist since his early years, Ryan studied art and design at the University of Massachusetts in Lowell, MA. There he excelled at painting, drawing and the graphic arts. In 2006 Ryan studied abroad in Florence, Italy where he was instructed in Painting and Art History at the University of Richmond. This trip highly motivated him to dive deeper into studying symbology, numerology and techniques of the masters. He has worked in various mediums such as stained glass, woodcutting, sculpture, mosaic work, painting and many more.
In 2010, Ryan became a member of Ancient York Lodge No. 89 of Free and Accepted Masons in Nashua, NH. In 2012 Bro. Flynn created his first Masonic artwork, two faux stained glass windows for the Nashua Masonic Temple, which launched him into the Masonic world’s spotlight. Since then, Ryan has been creating some of the greatest Masonic artwork of the 21st century and has been called “one of, if not, the most influential Masonic artists in America.” In 2016 Ryan was awarded the position of Ambassador to the Association of Masonic Arts, the first American to hold such a title. He is an international masonic speaker, presenting lectures on many topics including the importance of incorporating the fine arts back into the lodge.
Ryan resides in Merrimack, New Hampshire with his wife Kristen and his daughters Mia and Madeline.
